Kenya Organic Agriculture Network (KOAN)
- Participated in Developing Organic Agriculture Strategic Plan for Kenya. Main Tasks include: Develop a Five Year Strategic Plan for Organic Agriculture Sector; Organizational Structure for Implementation; Contextualize Role of Stakeholders and to Establish Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanisms the Sector Development. - Launch of Kenya National Organic Agriculture Platform - Under the Ecological Organic Agriculture Initiative in Kenya. Main Aim being to Address Issues arising from African Heads of State Decision EX.CL/Dec.621 (XVII) to Embrace Ecological Organic Agriculture in Africa. The Launch Took place at ICIPE in Nairobi, Kenya. Date: 4th April 2014
- Participated in the “International Conference on Ecological Organic Agriculture: The Alternative for Africa” - Organized by IFOAM, UNEP, KOAN and COLABORA.
