She is engaged in teaching, research and supervision of both undergraduate and Postgraduate students. Her main areas of specialization are Business Statistics, Management Maths, Operations Research, Quantitative Techniques and Research Methods. She has supervised more than fifty Master of Business Administration students. Developed online material for teaching online MBA in the following areas: Quantitative Techniques, Research Methods, Project Management and Operations Management. She has written modules for Distance learning program on Operations Research, Research Methods, Project Financing and Quantitative Techniques. She has been trained on Case Writing and teaching, out which she was able to write two cases. In June 2012 she was involved in training lecturers at Kenyatta University on Case Writing and was able to successfully mentor five cases.
