Dr. Lawrence Wainaina is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, School of Business, Kenyatta University. He is a holder of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Master of Science (MSc) degree in HRM from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.  He also holds a Bachelor of Education degree (Business Studies and Mathematics) from Kenyatta University. He has supervised several students at postgraduate level and published several research articles. He has wealth of experience in teaching and research. Dr Wainaina has also participated in several committees involved in the development and review of Curriculum like Master of Science in HRM, Bachelors in Human Resource Management and Diploma in HRM. He assists Digital School Kenyatta University in reviewing Blended Learning Modules for Uploading on the Learning Management System.
