Dr. Fredrick W S Ndede is a senior lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance in the School of Business, Economics and Tourism at Kenyatta University. Dr. Ndede is former director of Kenyatta University Embu Campus 2019 – 2023, Chairman of the Departmental Postgraduate Board and member of school of Business Postgraduate Board 2018 – 2019.He was Chairman Department of Accounting and Finance 2010 - 2014 and former chairman Department of Business Studies in the school of Education 1995 – 1999 and examinations coordinator in the department of Business studies school of Education 1993 - 1994. Holder of PhD in Finance,  Master of Commerce, Bachelor of Commerce and Certificate in Public Relations and a receiver of the Professional Development Named Award in 2021 in support of technology learning. 
Dr. Ndede is an internal examiner for PhD, and MSc theses as well as MBA projects has been external examiner for the University of Nairobi, St. Paul’s University and Mt. Kenya University. He is a peer reviewer for the National Commission for Science and Technology and Innovations (NACOSTI) and also reviewer of journal articles. Dr. Ndede has several years’ experience of teaching and supervision having supervised 3 PhDs to completion, 21 MSc (Finance thesis)   60 MBAs and 10 diplomas.  He has published more than 50 articles in refereed journals and has 185 Google citations; 8 h index and 6i index. His research interests include; investment, innovative financing, digital banking, sustainable development, e-commerce and corporate governance. 
Dr. Ndede has organized workshops and conferences and attended workshops. Panel moderator in the 4th International Business Research and Industrial Conference (IBRIC) 23rd - 24th June 2022 via Zoom Platform. May, 2021, organized a half day online workshop on Creative Economy and Sustainable development in Africa, hosted by the school of Business. Kenyatta University. Member of the conference review committee for 2nd International Business Research and Industrial Conference (IBRIC 2020) hosted by Kenyatta University. Participated in Organizing the International Conference on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) hosted by Kenyatta University, between 14th and 16th November 2007. 
Dr. Ndede has been involved with research, training and project implementation. His current researches include; the Global Entrepreneurship Talent Management (GETM4) project at which he is a CO PI and a member the project steering committee (PSC). GETM4 is a consortium project funded by European Union (EU) and is being implemented by a team of 18 universities across the globe. Innovation for African Universities (IAU) project funded by the British Council which was jointly implemented by the University of Northumbria, Kenyatta University, Technical University of Kenya and Entrepreneurship Educators Foundation for Eastern Africa. 2022. Member of the team that negotiated for a Development Grant for the establishment of a Coffee House and Bakery at Kenyatta University, Funded by the Agriculture and Food Authority - Coffee Directorate and World Bank funded consultancy for Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project (KYEOP) in 2018.
