Dr. Fredrick W S Ndede is the current director of Kenyatta University Embu Campus. A Senior lecturer of Accounting and Finance in the Department of Accounting and Finance in the School of Business at Kenyatta University, he holds a PhD in Finance from Kenyatta University, Master of Commerce from Poona University, Bachelor of Commerce from Rani Durgavati University (Jabalpur) and a Certificate in Public Relations from University of Nairobi.
He has a long experience in university teaching and supervision at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate having supervised and continues to supervise several postgraduate students. Also, Dr. Ndede has a long experience in administration. Currently, he is Chairman of Postgraduate Board in the Department of Accounting and Finance and a member of the School of Business Postgraduate Board. He was Chairman of the Department of Accounting and Finance in the School of Business (2010-2014), Department of Business Studies in the Faculty of Education (1995-1998) after serving as acting chairman for the same Department several times (1993-1995). Earlier, he was the Examination Coordinator and Faculty Advisor to students in the Department of Business Studies. In addition, he serves as examiner for MSc (Finance), MBA and PhD thesis for Kenyatta University, University of Nairobi and St. Paul’s University. He has attended several conferences/ workshops.
Dr. Ndede is a member of the peer reviewers’ team of National Commission for Science and Technology and Innovations (NACOSTI). He is also a member of the Non-Fiction Authors’ Association and an Associate Member (AMKIM) of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).

In an effort to enhance international linkages, the School of Business is a member of Association of African Business Schools (AABS), an association that brings together business Schools in Africa on a common platform to share best practices in training Business students.  The focus is training for the industry.  AABS conference was organized and held on May 2018 in Tanzania, Dar e salaam School of Business, where the Dean Dr. Paul K. Koforidua Technical University and Kenyatta University School of Business MoU - 2018


The Dean School of Business Kenyatta University Dr. Paul Sang with the Ag. Pro Vice Chancellor Rev. (Dr.) Nicholas Appreh Siaw Koforidua Technical University (KTU), the Dean School Of Business Dr. Regina Bekoa, Dean School of Hospitality and Tourism, Dr. Boatweng, Director International Linkages Dr. Samuel Addae all of Koforidua Technical University during teaching at Koforidua Technical University, Ghana in June 2018. This is following a Memorandum of understanding between the two institutions to assist Koforidua Technical University in building capacity for their teaching staff, especially teaching and supervision of students taking PhD in Business.
