Dr. Ragui has over 28 years’ experience in the Horn, Central, Eastern and Southern Africa covering a range of thematic areas from organizational policy development, change management, human resource management, strategic planning, capacity building and sustainability strategies.  In addition, Dr. Ragui has 17 years of experience in developing curriculums and lecturing on strategic management and business administration including entrepreurship, human resource management, marketing management, finance management, logistics and procurement logistics and other related themes in public universities.  Further, she has 6 years experience in curriculum development and training on different themes to the newly formed County Governments in Kenya.  

She has also worked as an individual trainer consultant for various institutions including: Kenyatta University Capacity Development Directorate, Africa Centre for Transformational Initiative Leadership (ACTIL), International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC), European Commission Humanitarian Aid Office (ECHO), KCA University, Ecotact Ltd, Favour World International Ltd, Women Representatives in the Kenya Government, Uraia Kenya (NGO), Murang'a County Government and Nyandarua County Government.  This has mainly been on: entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership and governance; performance management using balanced scorecards, strategic planning, training needs assessment, effective audit communication and change management, human resources management, mentoring and capacity building on Youth and Women groups, entrepreneurship mentorship among women and youth, entrenching procurement into devolution, capacity building and institutional development.
